SMES Internet Access Module

·          The SMES Internet Access module allows parents to access schedules for specific activities or events.

·          Parents can select specific seasons and events they wish to view.

·          The SMES Internet Access module shows complete event information including the date of the event, the bus departure time, the event start time, the opponent, the location of the event including the field or venue and directions to the specific location, field or venue.

·          The SMES Internet Access module can be run from any web server regardless of the operating system (Windows, Linux, Mac, Unix, etc.) or the location (housed internally or externally).  See the Hardware Requirements page for exact details.

·          Depending on your schools web server, the Internet Access Module displays information directly from the activities database.  Schedule changes and cancellations are reflected immediately upon completion by the activities office.

SMES PDA Module

·          Schedules can be downloaded directly from the school or district website.

·          Parents use the SMES Internet Access Module to determine the exact events they would like to download to their PDA devices.

·          Information downloaded to the PDA device for each event includes the date of the event, the bus departure time, the event start time, the opponent, the location of the event including the field or venue and directions to the specific location, field or venue.
